Returns

We hope that you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return from the date of purchase.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier.

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.

Shipping

Please use a physical address if you have one, PO box shipping takes substantially longer, and we do not have any ability to expedite the shipping process to a PO Box Address.

**During sales and peak season (November - January) shipping may experience additional delays. We do appreciate your patience as we work through higher order volumes.

Our fulfillment center is open Monday - Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST, we do not operate over weekends and holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped out the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Tracking: Once an order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent to each customer. We’ll send another email confirmation once a tracking number has been created for the associated order.

Delivery Failure:

Lost or stolen items will not be covered by Liv Authentic. Once we send your item to the carrier you will have to process a claim with them.
